Kim Beauchamp is Director of Operations at Whittlesey PC in Hartford. She is responsible for overseeing operational and administrative staff across three offices, establishing firm policies and procedures, financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls.

Kim began her career working as an accountant before opening her own tax practice. She later joined CCR, LLP in Westborough, MA where she was the Principal in Charge of Admin & Operations until 2011, when CCR was acquired by Grant Thornton, followed by working in private industry, most recently in the role of CFO for a $150 million commercial construction company.

Kim’s specializes in process improvement and standardization, paperless environments, and change management. She has been actively involved in the implementation of four mergers (both upstream and down), where she was instrumental in ensuring firm integration. Kim is a native of upstate New York and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Assumption College in Worcester, MA.

As a Product Manager for the past seven years, Christina has integrated knowledge from technical professionals at Thomson Reuters, perspectives from the professionals she serves, and ideas from related verticals to find solutions to meet the needs of tax and accounting firms. From her time in support and training roles, to her roles in product management, she has helped thousands of firms become confident with cloud and client portal technology, while integrating mobile concepts into product design and firm workflow.
